All items are sent within 48 hours of order receipt and in most cases, the next working day if the order is received before 4pm Monday to Friday.

We are happy to provide a refund provided that the original product is returned to us unopened and unused and not damaged, in its original packaging. Please note that postage charges will not be refunded. Where a refund is requested, this will be processed via same tender as original purchase. If a credit or debit card was used for purchase, then the same card details must be provided to receive the refund. Refunds cannot be processed without proof of damaged goods. Exchanges can be requested; however postal charges will apply.
